Midnight is the closure time for all rentals.
Reservation Deposit: $100
Reservation deposits are fully refundable if canceled 30 days or more before the event. If canceled within 30 days of the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Admin Fee: $45
Due at the time of booking.
Set-Up/Take-Down Fee: $75
We require our staff to complete all room setup and take-down.
Cleaning Fee: $60
This covers the cleaning of the facility following your rental.
Damage Deposit: $100
Renters are required to abide by all rental rules to receive a full damage deposit refund. If the rental rules are not followed, a portion or all of the damage deposit may be withheld.
