Small Room Rental Rates

Midnight is the closure time for all rentals.

Reservation Deposit: $100
Reservation deposits are fully refundable if canceled 30 days or more before the event. If canceled within 30 days of the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Admin Fee: $45
Due at the time of booking.

Set-Up/Take-Down Fee: $75
We require our staff to complete all room setup and take-down.

Cleaning Fee: $60
This covers the cleaning of the facility following your rental.

Damage Deposit: $100
Renters are required to abide by all rental rules to receive a full damage deposit refund. If the rental rules are not followed, a portion or all of the damage deposit may be withheld.

Side Room - $60/Hour

  • 735 sq ft
  • Holds up to 45 guests depending on room setup.
  • Located next to the Main Hall
  • Admin Fee: $45 and Deposit: $100 (both due at time of booking)
  • Set-Up/Take-Down Fee: $75
  • Cleaning Fee: $60

Arts & Crafts Room- $60/hour

  • 1,015 sq ft
  • Holds up to 45 guests depending on room setup.
  • Annex building center room
  • Admin Fee: $45 and Deposit: $100 (both due at time of booking)
  • Set-Up/Take-Down Fee: $75
  • Cleaning Fee: $60

Board Room- $50/hour

  • 468 sq ft
  • Holds up to 25 guests depending on room setup.
  • Adjacent to Library
  • Admin Fee: $45 and Deposit: $100 (both due at time of booking)
  • Set-Up/Take-Down Fee: $75
  • Cleaning Fee: $60

Rose Room - $50/Hour

  • 414 sq ft
  • Holds between 15-25 guests depending on room setup.
  • Annex building end room
  • Admin Fee: $45 and Deposit: $100 (both due at time of booking)
  • Set-Up/Take-Down Fee: $75
  • Cleaning Fee: $60

$100 Damage Deposit is Required for All Room Rentals

A Certificate of Insurance Liability is Required for All Rentals
